Priority : Shipping 2-3 Business Days
Orders confirmed before 9:00 am PST Monday-Friday normally ship within 48-72 hours. This does not include weekends or Holidays. When orders are placed on holidays and weekends they will be processed the next available business day and will ship within 48-72 hours of that date.
HOLIDAY ORDERS - Please expect a minimum of 5 business days for your order shipment confirmation to be sent.
Shipping Restrictions
We are shipping to some international locations via DHL. FreezeTech does not collect the taxes/duties for international shipments; you will be responsible for paying at the time of your order's receipt.
We currently are not set up to ship to all locations internationally, please email us if your locations is not offered and we can help work with you to figure out options to get your order processed and shipped

RETURNS
No Returns or Exchanges on Fabric Coolings Mist
All other items must be returned within 30 Days. Product must be unworn and tags still attached. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

We do allow exchanges. All exchanges must be requested within 30 days of order placement. Please email our team at info@freezetech.com to request an exchange. All shipping costs associated with the exchange, both for the return of the product and the shipping cost for the replacement item will be at the expense of the customer.
